Durão Barroso, Paula Amorim e Isabel Mota vão estar no “clube secreto” de Bilderberg. Veja a lista completa

Enquanto Barroso é repetente, as duas gestoras estreiam-se na edição deste ano dos encontros deste "clube secreto", a acontecer em Turim.

Durão Barroso, Paula Amorim e Isabel Mota são as personalidades portuguesas a marcarem presença em mais um encontro de Bilderberg, que este ano será em Turim. Enquanto Barroso é repetente, as duas gestoras estreiam-se neste “clube secreto”.

Os nomes, que tinham já sido apontados esta segunda-feira pelo Observador, fazem parte da lista oficial dos 128 convidados de 23 países, que foi revelada esta terça-feira. Para além destes, vão estar presentes quatro espanhóis, entre os quais Sáenz de Santamaría, vice- primeira-ministra do governo de Rajoy, que entretanto saiu do poder.

Em maior número estão os norte-americanos, sendo eles 37. Fazem ainda parte da lista 21 CEO, 27 chairmans, quatro primeiros-ministros, um ex-primeiro-ministro e dois vice-presidentes — sendo que um deles já não o é.

Todas estas altas personalidades vão estar reunidas para discutir os doze temas centrais: populismo na Europa, o desafio da desigualdade, o futuro do trabalho, inteligência artificial, os Estados Unidos antes das eleições intercalares, comércio livre, a liderança mundial dos EUA, Rússia, computação quântica, Arábia Saúdita e Irão, o mundo da “pós-verdade” e temas da atualidade.

Na edição do ano passado, os escolhidos de Barroso para representar a comitiva portuguesa no “clube secreto” de Bilderberg foram o gestor da EDP, António Mexia, e o ex-ministro e sócio do escritório de advogados CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut, José Luís Arnault. No entanto, o primeiro não esteve presente visto ter sido constituído arguido no caso dos CMEC após o convite.
